News » Damn Kids and Their Rattles.
We here at Twin believe that the only rattle coming from your car should be the trunk shaking from the music of your favorite tunes being played loudly through residential neighborhoods. As your neighbors emerge from their house, shaking their fists...they may be annoyed, but they know you're driving around without a care in the world.
Now, swap the trunk shaking bass for a loose and rusty tie rod. Not only can rattles be annoying, they are the soundtrack of irresponsibility and could be pointing to a potentially dangerous problem that you've yet to address. The ol' girl's your pride and joy and that means you have to show her that tender love and care that can only exist between man and machine. So where do you bring her to get fixed?
Well, if you bring her to a shop without a Rattle Tracker...you are bringing her to a shop that is going to take a few guys off of actually wrenching vehicles to go drive her around. Harmless enough? Not quite. On their trip they are going to be driving erratically and hitting every pot hole they can before they go back to the garage and GUESS where the rattle is! Who knows what they'll take apart and how long it will take them to hypothesize their way to the solution.
On the other hand, you can bring your ride to a garage that has a Rattle Tracker. They'll pull your vehicle in, roll the Rattle Tracker over, pull her up so one of her tires rests gently against their patented roller system and hit the button. The Rattle Tracker will shake your girl just right while the mechanic walks around your vehicle and finds exactly where the rattle is, while it?s rattling! No abuse to your ride, wasted gas that was in your tank or countless hours trying to find a well hidden rattle.
The guys over at Rattle Tracker came to us to hit the Internet running, so step one was a killer website featuring the product. From here we're planning out their domination of garages nationwide and getting them there by pairing our Internet savvy with their down home sales approach. If you happen to be in Vegas on November 4th, you can drop in and see the Rattle Tracker team at SEMA. There might even be another surprise there if we have anything to do with it,but that's still under wraps. We'll just say in advance...you're welcome guys.
